Wasting Police Time

A brilliant book, written by a beat policeman.  Sent to me by a mate who is a policeman in a town north of Birmingham, he assures me that the book is a true reflection of the state of our police forces.  The author calls himself PC David Copperfield.

I never stole your flag, I just rescued it from the gutter where you left it.
