I have a delft handpainted polychrome plate colored 1661 and a delft blue 1920 ashtray does anyone know their value or is it not worth anything?????? please help it for my 80yo father

The plate is worth, depending upon condition, around £300. Ashtrays were made in such numbers though that it is probably of very low value. Have a look on ebay for similar items.
