Am trying to find a Glory Holmes Born 12 November 1898, she was born Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. Fathers name Thomas Holmes, Mothers name jeanette (Hunnisette.) Glory's Father was a Retired Naval Officer. The only Thomas Holmes I could trace by that name lived at Brooke Hall, the Morningthorpe Manor at Morningthorpe.
Left England possibly 1914 for Melbourne, Australia.
Could find no record of her in Australia or England (shipping lists, U.K.births etc). The only concrete evidence I have, is a Marriage Certificate of my Parents (Glory was my Mother) both parents are deceased.
Can anyone help me?
