JOURNEY OF LIFE - BBC 2 DVD SET

Recently, I bought a 2- disc DVD of the BBC Journey of Life series.

Steve Leonard very ably, and with some humour – and agility in some scenes - presents a series of programmes which I found absolutely fascinating.

It started with the very first forms of life which were algae on the seabed, taking us right through to a comparison with ourselves and other apes. We are told of some really astonishing facts about how us, and other present day forms of life, evolved.

I did start to make notes whilst watching the series but using them would have resulted in quite a lengthy post on here!

I was not able to watch the original series so it is a joy to be able to buy a recording of it.
