CADRE STAB, Author is Paul Hughes from Newcastle.

The book is fairly new on the market so i had to order it but it was well worth it.

This is a true story about Pauls life in the Territorial Army. After leaving school and jobless in 1980, he saw a recruiting poster with a tempting offer of a way out of the poverty trap...Join the TA.

I found this book both funny and a real eye opener. The TA was nothing like i expected, and the things they got up?

I don't want to give to much away it will spoil the read for those that want too. I also found this book interesting in the fact that their training was in Thetford Norfolk so there was a bit of a connection in the book.

Any way well worth a read, very well written and funny book i enjoyed reading it from start to finish and found it hard to put down.
