Hello from Canada I am looking for a dear friend whom I lost touch with when the last letter I recieved from her and her family years ago was lost in a move. I really appreciate the opportunity to post in here as I have been trying to figure out how I can contact her again. It was 27 28 years ago when i lived in Filby. I lived on the same road as the school across from the cottage with the thatched roof I think the lady who lived thre was Mrs Cullingford if memory serves me right. I lived in a new house red brick that had a similar house attached by a garage in the middle and the neighbours to the right of me were a sea captain and his wife. I made great friends with Penny Smith who lived near the pub at the opposite end of the road near the pub. She had three children Mathew John and Theresa and we spent many hours together and the children played in our back yard. My son kevin went to school there not far from the house. Altho we are Canadians we became well known in the area when my husband decided to walk from norfolk in a snow storm as he could not get home by taxi. Because of this we became well known as all were out searching for him. He did arrive safely finally.
When I did live there I had three children Kevin, Craig and baby Glen. If any one knows how I could perhaps contact them or some one who knows were they are now I would so appreciate the opportunity to once again make contact with her. I have some photos here some place.
