Hello Eddie

I am not the Ghosthunter Neil Fellows.

It is my aim with a few trusted and trained investigators carry out a complete and accurate investigation into an established "Haunting".

Happy hunting.

Re: The Bridewell Museum

OK N. My apologies

If you do this investigation of the Bridewell, please let us all know how it goes, I would be very interested. As I'm sure many others on the SN forum would be.

Personally, I'd love to be there for the investigation. Just to see fully what goes on & maybe learn a few things. I would love to see if anything is picked up on the EMF meter about the Bridewell.

Part of me is still wondering about electrical EMF reasons for the stange feeling about the Bridewell. Again the otherside of me says that EMF can not be blaimed on all the strange things about the Bridewell.

I think that you could be in for an interesting time.

Might be worth while you scouting it before a full investigation.

I dont think that you will have problems getting permition to investigate the Bridewell, as the staff seems very interested with the hauntings. They are also happy to talk about their experiences at the Bridewell.

Best wishes

Eddie

Hello Eddie

Rest assured if we wish to carry out a full investigation at the Bridewell in Norwich I may be contacting you as we need good "impartial and objective" investigators.

Please be patient and remember that before any major investigation, which takes time and costs resources; a full historical, geographical and geological investigation has to be carried out before such resources are committed?

Regarding the Bridewell at Norwich and Oxburgh Hall I have not given you all the full facts that I have discovered?

ITS ALL UP TO YOU!

Happy Hunting

N

Re: The Bridewell Museum

Hi N,

My apologies for not getting back sooner with the correct link re: Rev. J. MacCaffrey...I see that Eddie provided the link for you and I hope it helps out with your investigation...THANKS Eddie for your help :)

As there is no written evidence to support hauntings at the Brideswell this cannot be the place you have in mind regarding the "established haunting".

Guys - I am willing to help out on any investigation that does not include Norwich (hate the place!) - Have any of you decided to investigate Brideswell?

Thanks

Sans

Re: The Bridewell Museum

Hello

Even though there seems to be a lot of interesting history concerning the Bridewell in Norwich.

I agree with you Sans that "so far" there appears to be no recorded history of any activity at the Bridewell with ,dare I say it, a lot of "hearsay and speculation!"

Please remember that all great investigators always keep an open mind!

Happy hunting.

Re: The Bridewell Museum

Hi N

Thanks for that, it should be interesting to see what comes up.

The place is very puzling to say the least. I'm very suprised that no other medium havent visited the place & felt the sensations about the place.

Last Saturday was not as strong as usual, but it could still be felt.

Strangely not alot shows up on camera. One or two orbs but thats it. These orbs are quite small & could possibly just be dust.

Best wishes

Eddie

Re: The Bridewell Museum

Hi Jenny

To the link about the Bridewell talk. Could you send me a link to it please. I cant find anything about it on the web.

Just in case you dont know how to send the link.

Go on to the webpage about the Bridewell talk. Look at the top of computer screen & you will see the address bar.

It will start with http or WWW. Place computer pointer arrow over the address bar & it should turn white, instead of gray. Right click the mouse (address bar will turn blue) & scroll computer pointer arrow  down to copy & left click on copy.

Then come back to the Spooky Norfolk forum & where you want to print the website, put computer pointer arrow next to it. Right click & then scroll down computer pointer arrow to paste. left click on paste

Once done, you should have the address of the Bridwell talk website on the page.

Just click post on SN website.

There, you will have done it. After that you will be able to post anything from one website to a forum of your choice. You will also be able to send links to websites by email to friends.

I shall be going to the talk on the Bridewell Prison. Then I will plan to take a trip to the Norfolk record office, if I can find where it is. I would guess that it is in Norwich somewhere.

Many thanks & best wishes

Eddie
