Re: Lets go hunting

Hi all

One person on the forum have been in touch with me asking what I will be doing on the day.

I shall only be looking around & taking photos. Seeing what I can pick up. I may try some automatic hand writing. I dont know not yet.

So could be worth while you all bringing an exercize book & see what you can pick up with auto hand wrighting.

Best wishes

Eddie

Is there any one who is going on this investigation who is not certain where the Bridewell museum is? If so we can meet up outside Jarrolds.

Best wishes

Eddie

Re: Lets go hunting

hi spookfan

well i take it you enjoyed yourself today, i did too, the cold spots were amazing and the things eddie came out with are most def worth researching, we must do more as a group as everyone experienced something  different in the same spot, the orb eddie captured was great especially after what had just happened, i hope amy recovers from her ordeal, but remember you must protect yourself where ever you are, you never know whats round the next corner, not one of the photos i took showed anything paranormal i was a bit dissapointed but you cant expect too much, im hoping eddie can fill in the spaces, as i was drawn to the childrens shoes almost all the time in one room, and felt we hadchildren around us the breezes and tingles were great too, this was a great sucess in my book.

jitters!!!!!

Re: Lets go hunting

I did not say too much at the time of the investigation, I wanted to see what others picked up on.

In London a prison for Unmarried mothers, prostitutes & beggers was started. This prison (Workhouse) was in Bride Well London. After the sucsess of this prison in London, many other prisons opened about the country. This time with the name 'Bridewell.' That was what the Bridewell museum was used for. So without doubt there may have been a few children that had died in that place, while in prison. Things at that time, would have been very very harsh indeed.

I will say that I did not pick up on anything negitive in the musem. There was without doubt a few strong nasty sensations that I think most of us picked up on, (Some more than others) but this could be put down to the stenth of the spirits energies & not a spirit having any negitive thoughts or intentions.

I must say that I loved the meet up & the investigation.

I was very concerned for Amy, with her experience but I felt pleased by her too. The way that she wanted to continue with her investigation. I think that most people would have ran for the hills after having an experience like that but Amy continued. Well done that girl.

I think that why Amy had such a sensation was do to her age. Spirits sometimes try to home in on children & teenagers, because they are still presceptable to spirit energies.

OK there was not alot captured on cameras. I got three pictures with one orb on each of them. but I do most certanly feel that the spirits of the Bridewell museum put on a good show for us. Many cold spots & icy swirling breezes.

I was also glad that SpookFan had her first spiritual experience. I'm sure that she will say of this experience

In the automatic hand writing I got a spirit called Charlie. He was a visitor to the Bridewell & his job was as a grocer in Norwich. Again he said that he liked to look in on the Bridewell.

I had to giggle as Paul looked like The Saint with that orb directly above his head. Well it did make quite a good hallo. Giggle.

One thing that I would like to know Paul. Did you manage to get any EVPs?

Hi Jitters

Did my write up on the forum match with what you eperienced at the Bridewell? You said that you had not read it before the investigation of the Bridewell Museum. You didnt want to be influenced by it.

I fell that this visit for me, this time. The strongest places in the museum was where Amy had her experience & also the room near the toilets. It was strong near the vintage fire engines (swirly breezes & cold spots) but not as strong as last time.

Hi Spook fan

As you have read. Strangers Hall has the green light from me. Bring it on. LOL

I'm glad that you all had a good time at the Bridewell museum & that you all had your experiences, although I do hope that Amy's experience is not as strong on our next visit.

Hi Angel

Strangers Hall is in Norwich. It is a beautiful museum & sometimes they have reinactors in period costume. (Medieval.) The undercrofts are amazing. Just the place where a spirit should be lurking with intent. Giggle

I must say that I did not pick too much up when I went to Strangers Hall. But this was before I was attuned to Reiki. After I was attuned to it, I felt the presence of spirit much much stronger. Yes I did have a few experiences before hand but many more after my atonement. Also my visit to Strangers Hall was before I had gone on any Spiritual development classes.

So I would say that a visit to Strangers Hall is a good one & I look forward to it in the future. Just say when.

All the best Eddie

Re: Lets go hunting
hi angel...well it was a bit of an eye opener for a couple of us!   Lots of different experiences, and at the end it seemed that some of the individual experiences matched up! I had my first sensation!!!  LOL ...and my daughter Amy certainly did!  The place really did have an atmosphere.  It appears that eddie and Jitters has allowed me to suggest the next meeting at Strangers Hall in Norwich where i havent been since i was a child!   I dont know what we will experience if anything!  Poor Amy isnt over her first experience yet!   Anyway Strangers Hall, is in  St Andrews. but if you wanted to go we would probably be able to all meet up nearby somewhere.

Re: Lets go hunting

Hey Eddie, Jitters, and Spookfan! It's Paul's partner Jes! Told you I'd come on at some point!

Jitters, you said how in the room where Amy had her experience and where the orb was you felt as if it were children. As Amy and I went into the shoe room I said the same thing to her, that I felt it was children and that's why they were drawn to her as the younger member...

I should think Paul and I will be at Stranger's Hall, will have to just check again nearer to the time!

Sabriel.

Re: Lets go hunting

The 10th of May is good for me. I look forward to it.

Yes Jitters.

Its alot different when you get into the field of ghost hunting yourself, than what it is just watching on TV.

I have visited Castle Acre Priory since my first visit & it was nowhere near as active as the first time I went there. Could be down to me sending a distressed spirit into the light.

I need to go there again on the 8th of June, as the spitit might possibly be an aniversary spirit. Time will tell. The 8th of june was the date of my first visit there. A year later I went on the 21st of June

However the Bridewell on or investigation was possibly even more active than the first time that I went there, last November. So far it has delivered every time.

Its an amazing spiritualy charged place, as well as being a wonderful museum.

Hi Linda

Is Amy still bad from her experience? If so give me an Email & I will see what I can come up with.

Best wishes all

Eddie

Re: Lets go hunting

Hi Jes

Look forward to meeting you again. Be it only fleeting. I shall meet you all outside Jarrolds be you go off on the investigation.

Well I dont know not yet but I think that I may have seen something quite amazing at the Bridewell.

Just after Amy had her experience, we were all talking when I saw a young girl. She was about 8-10 years old & she came walking into the room. She looked around for a while (strangly not looking at us but looking strait forward as she came into the room, she then turned around & ran out of the room.

She was blond & her hair was long enough to reach to just below her shoulders. She was wareing a dark red  dress with a white line going round the bottom of it.

I did not think anything of this at the time, I just thought that she was a visitor to the museum.

However. After I got home I thought about this little girl. After I had seen her for that short time, I didnt see her again the whole time that we were doing our investigation.

I have been in contact with Jenni & Linda & they both said that they had not seen this young girl. Did you or Paul see her. She walked into the room right beside of where we were talking. about a 2-3 feet away.

I have to ask if the museum staff have any children that match this young girl, or if they can remember a young girl coming into the museum that match her description.

I have to look at all posibilitys before going for a spirit girl.  In fact I still can believe that she was a spirit as she looked just like an ordinary young girl. She was so clear. Nothing like the typical ghost that apear as a shadow.

The only other option is that she might have been looking about the museum before we got there & she wanted to go back & look at one of the exibits.

However I still find it strange that as yet no one who was on the investigation saw her.

Please let me know if you or Paul saw her

Cheers

Best wishes

Eddie
