thanks, am looking forward to September now, will keep an eye open during the summer. Are any of the matches played in Gt Yarmouth?

In recent years, all the indoor league games have been played at the UEA sports park in Norwich, due to problems with other venues.

There is a National beach event in Yarmouth, I think it's over the weekend of 23/24 August, and a local tournament on Lowestoft beach Saturday 12 July.

Hi John

Did you go to see the Beach Volley Ball on Yarmouth beach last year?

I must say that I enjoyed watching it. Some of those girls were amazing.

I think that they have it every year. About the end of August time.

Didn't manage to get to either Lowestoft or Yarmouth last year, shift-work can be a real pain. I was supposed to be on the referee panel foe indoor national league last year, but couldn't commit to a regular schedule. I did play at the Lowestoft beach tournament the previous year, and had a great time.
Hopefully the British girls Denise Johns and Lucy Boulton will play at Yarmouth this year. Unfortunately, my shift roster means that once again I'll be working that weekend.
