BBC Breakfast today had an item regarding.......new extra surcharges imposed by tour opperators because of oil and fuel increases and the value of the euro changing......

Expect any increase 30 days before you depart after paying for your holiday in full before hand.

Times are changing.......the price is never what is stated at the start.

I also was suprised to be told that the current Passport cost is now ...£72 per adult.

They're not allowed to allow them in the 30 days leading up to departure, but are allowed to add up to 10%!!!!

No different to hiring a boat on the Broads,Robert.You pay for your fuel at the market price for that week.John

But if they put a surcharge on after you have paid for you simular boat holiday in europe, just because the change in the euro exchange as well....... one will never know the true cost of the holiday before booking, which may be the case all the time now for the future, as OIL and Currency are changing every week.

Even coach tour holidays are imposing surcharges in UK, and more for aboard with euro currency involved.

Why not do your bit for the environment, save Norfolk from flooding and help save the British economy.

Holiday on the Broads.

With any luck, if we can drag off the evil grasp of the RSPB and the BA, there might be future development to encourage more holiday makers to the area.

With a small miracle we might even see the area lurch into the 21st Century.

Oh I forgot, the OBN, never mind you will just have to keep burning millions of gallons of oil, going to the foreigners lair after all.
