This is only my personal opinion which i am entitled to express.
I feel that since the changes by yourselves have been introduced that this forum and some of the users have been under verbal attack. Once reported you have moved quickly to remove the offending posts - THANK YOU!
However, as much as I don't wish to belong to a nanny state and as much a I detest having to go back to a previous system that was slower, at least we were all protected from such malicious postings and to receiving them in our personal inbox.
Perhaps the time has come full circle to begin approving posts once again?
A small price to pay. What do others think and feel?
hi sans
yep i know where you are coming from on that one, its a shame that some useres not the usual lot seem to pop in and abuse then sod off, leaving a bad taste in your mouth, i too have had a couple of emails that quite frankly i could do without, i know the old way was slower, but i like it too, sad but true,
I'm afraid that I am happy on this forum.
I hope to never have to go back to the way how things were. Which was a total pain every day having to deleat post back emails.
I dont think that I have ever know that kind of a forum. All other forums that I go on have always had this tipe of posting. And Ive been on quite a few forums.
In the case of these other forums. The people know where they stand. Behave, or be banned from the forum.
If there is any trouble, the person to blame have been sent an Email, asking them to behave. If they have failed in this asking they are banned, once & for all
So please dont go back to the old way of Forum. It was horrible, compeared to this one.
Best wishes
Eddie
Hi
I agree with eddie, as long as the forum is moderated properly then it should stay as it is.
Dave
Hi All,
Thank you all so far your comments.
My wishes are simple and that is for everyone to be treated with respect and not to be verbally abused.
Shalom.
