hi guys so many of us seem to get the bothersome headache after a meeting have just been given this help, lay a hot flannel over face and take PrimroseCapsules this apparently will cure
you almost immediatly. but remember to take the flannel off your face before you get up cause you may knock yourself out lol im going to try it as ive had one for a week and nowt works

the other explination is that its your spirit guide trying to connect with you if you are not on the same wave length as them in communication then the banger of a head happens
mine must speak another language cause i keep saying not keen on badheads but nothing happens its them thare wave lengths again bor !!!!!
