Is it not the case that the Banks are to blame for being so irresponsable and in being so, have they not broken their code of practice of dealing beyond their own liabilities and safety..........and have any Laws been broken.   A point of interest it was said on the Radio 4 money box yesterday, that some of the £50 billion plus to bail out the UK Banks will be given to foreign banks that are opperate in the UK. And would not make agreat deal of difference regarding the present situation.    Report
