On newsnight last night, someone from the institute of economics was interviewed and asked, will house prices drop..

His answer...they may drop as much as 20% or they may stay stable..... thankyou said Jeremy Paxman....

I say what on earth was the point of having him on ...... then again many how many supposed knowledgable people are interviewed on TV, only to give answers that show their eledged knowledge of a subject ....to be a farce.
