Confused [8-)] Cook Something Fresh Today
I've just been on a cookery course and it's given me confidence to start cooking fresh ingredients again. I've got the cookery bug. I was in a rut of convenience food and Delia un-healthy cheats. I feel so much healthier making sure I eat my 5 or so a day - I use norwich food web .org for cookery courses and www.cookeryclub.co.uk for healthy or family recipes, plus I experiment when I get home from work. Go on give it a go - XXX

Re: Cook Something Fresh Today
good afternoon

cheers for the links, i haven't come across them before. My favourite website is probably Epicurious dot com for searching out recipes and i like the ability to save into a Recipe Box on there too

Each to their own and all that but personally i don't see Delia's cheats as being necessarily unhealthy though - actually i'm cooking her Shepherds Pie (the one on tv last night) for tea in a little while, though i'll probably brown my own mince & onions rather than using the tinned stuff

Cool [H] Re: Cook Something Fresh Today
Actually, I flicked through Delias cook book and was rather impressed although I would never use tinned meat or frozen potatoes - i might try her vietnamese lamb patties and serve it with cookeryclubs.co.uk carrot and moolie salad - japanese I think!
