Why has Glen Ditched Murry?

Can any one tell me why the boss got rid of Murry? Having seen him in action both north of the boarder and at carrow road I'm a tad baffled as to why he got shot of a half descent center back.

Why do Norwich do a lot of things..... one never knows....thats why they in the position they are in now.
