Cake [^] Anybody know of a good resturant/pub that serves good food

Hiya

We are new to East Anglia we would like some help please. It is my husbands 50th birthday soon, we would like to go out for a good value meal either pub or resturant would be fine, We live in Brandon but don't mind travelling if the food is worth it. Would prefer an all you can eat or buffet meal LOL we are both greedy, have done a little research into local pubs thanks to google e.t.c. but would like a personal recommendation, so if you know somewhere please let me know :D
