Norwich (and Ipswich) both need a Manager who can speak clear "english". Obscure regional accents are not the way to communicate to players. We can never afford Stars, so, team building is necessary. Clarity is essential particullarly with foreign players. Know wot I mean, at the end of the day!. Ted B

No Ted you have a valid point, but the true reality of life is money as in any sport.... and Norwich and Ipswich need plenty of it to invest in new players. and move forward to acheive the prem ...£25m comes to mind..?

I believe another problem for Norwich, apart from investment, is the geographical location and poor transport connections with the rest of the country.

The EXPERT knows more and more about less and less until he knows everything about nothing .
