Have just noticed an old posting from Sheila Brown. My grandfather was Alec Stangroom who had the post office & stores during the 60's & 70's. His son David, my father was killed in a car accident in Australia in 1973 surived by 4 sons, me Jerry, Paul, Mark & John. Paul & John live in South Africa, Mark & I in Hampshire. I recall Sheila Hudson as a boy and believe she lived either to the side or above the Town Hall.

Have just read Michael Stangrooms message re father Alec and living in Norwich - I lived in Cley next the Sea and we had shop/post office - Alec Stangroom and family - sons Jerry, Paul all I can recall?

Any connection to your aged request?

This is unbelievable!!! This morning I was going through some old letters etc and came across one from 1966 from your brother Paul! I thought I would just check out the web to see if your family were mentioned in Cley (I could remember that you lived there for some reason) and I came across this message of yours!

I am Steve Miller. I used to live in Bingfield Road in Australia. Just down the road form you lot and paula nd I were the best of buddies!

I don't know how to contact you directly but if you answer on here we can surely work out how to get in touch.
