ECT OK we know that we have a great interest in the paranormal but what other interests do you have.   These are my interests & hobbys music & Films. Of cause the paranormal & ghost hunting.   Birdwatching & Nature rambles   Collecting crystals & fossils. My favorite being insects fossilized in amber.   Archaeology. My favorite being Stoneage Prehistory. Palaeolithic to Bronze age. Then Roman artifacts & coins.   Amature Dramatics. I played Karpathy & Costermonger in My Fair Lady.      Sherif of Notingham in Panto Babes in the Woods.   Astronomy. I have a Meade ETX 90.   Chess   Formula 1. Go Kimi.     Favorite bands, Singers.  Female fronted Metal bands. Nightwish. Within Temptation. Xandria. Biff Naked.  Blackmores Night. Garth Brooks. Madonna. Shania Twain.Status Quo.   Favorite Films. Lord Of The Rings. Movies.     Titanic.      The Exorcist.     Other fantasy films. ET,   Starwars.     Somewhere in Time.   James Bond movies.       Matrix Movies.  Single White Female.    Monty Python movies.   American Pie Movies.   Favorite TV programes.   Dr Who.     Torchwood.      Primeval.       The Medium.      Ghost Whisperer.    Missing.    Without a Trace.  Buffy.  Angel.    Supernatural.    So thats my interests. I do have quite a few hobbies & interests.   You say that you are going to Turkey on holliday. Beware of the place. Everyone who I have met that have been to Turkey say that they will never go anywhere else other than Turkey for their hollidays in future. They have loved Turkey so much. So be warned. ECT hi, i went to see the babes in the wood live show in london. it had barbra windsor in and cannon and bull, and rod and emu, i went with my mum, when i was a little girl. we loved that night out.   yes im off to turkey. my husband of 11 years is turkish, and we going to the east to visit his family with our sons.   cant wait. moving abroad in bout 4 years to live, and turkey the west is on the list, top being spain, but then maybe chaned if i like it there more. xxxx DONT GO WHERE ANGELS FEAR TO TREAD.... ECT Hi Eddie...I have a real love of music and always have.  i used to be a right little disco dancer when i was young!   I also adore animals, couldnt live without them...i have two dogs, an oldie cat, four cute little lion head bunnies, one very silly lovebird[cos his mate died], and my daughter has a cob horse, that lives in our village.  I love to read, i find it very relaxing.   And i love to watch Heath Ledger films, cos he was so good.   I also love old Norman Wisdom films and its hard to say what my fave films are but i will have a go...  Scarlet Letter- Demi Moore                     Ghostbusters![so funny and i love the dialoge                      That'll be the day/stardust                    Historical Films like  Braveheart, RobRoy, :   some films with Johnny Depp like: from Hell, . There are so many its hard to remember them, but yes i did love Somewhere in Time when i saw it years ago.  I dont like the scream stuff[ bunch of teenagers walking round a house and getting bumped off one after another?? But i think the one film that did stick in my mind and scared me was Poltergeist, oh and another IT...just because i have always found clowns to be horrible and he scared the crap out of me!! spookfan    Report

ECT Ok my interests are: Paranormal investigation, Reiki Scrying Crystals and crystal healing (love amber also) Drama (belong to an amdram group and have a diploma in performing arts). Astronomy American football Religious history(now doing a BA at OU in humanities) My boys(whoops should have put that top lol). Photography World of Warcraft (addicted) Favorite bands, Singers.  hmmm Female fronted Metal bands sounds good lol. Was bit of a rocker in my youth, like Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Led Zep, but also like a lot of modern, Pink, Coldplay (went to see them in Milan), Like soul, blues most things except country and opera lol Favorite Films. Lord Of The Rings. Moulin Rouge. Rocky Horror Show. Beaches (always makes me cry lol), most sci fi and fantasy. Definately Monty Python movies, Kill bill and other tarrentino movies. yeah Ghostbusters is fun.   Favorite TV programes. Dr Who. Torchwood.  Buffy. Supernatural.  Farscape. Hitchhikers tv series not film its awful. Afterlife. Awh! Norman Wisdom is funny did you see that program they had on him the other week talking about his life and now they have had to put him in a home, although he is in his 80's and he still does the old routine bless. ECT Hi...Poor old norm!  he was so funny!   And i just loved Jerry Lewis as a kid..but the one i like the best now is ...the Nutty Professor[his version].  Im not really into paranormal tv series as i am not really into made up stuff i am interested in real experiences of the paranormal.  I love all music but i hate country, and i hate jazz and although i like some classical i dont like hardly any opera!  i used to be into northern soul when i was a teen as that was really popular in Norwich where i grew up.   I like some of the chart stuff now, introduced to me by my daughter.  She is studying drama in the 6th form, and is looking for a good local Drama group to join.   I was reading about the sampson and Hercules night club, in Norwich that we all used to frequent, and it has some really grusome history,..i didnt know that i was actually dancing on top of a mass plague pit!!! spookfan    Report

I'm going there tonight. Friday 14th.   What did you think of comet Holmes & Tuttle, over last Christmas? I thought that they were quite stunning. Not very often does 2 visible naked eye comets come in to our skies at the same time   I watched the international Space station (ISS) go over yesterday morning. Do you go on to the Heavens Above website? it tells when the ISS & other space satalites is crossing over our skies.   I went to the Angels crystal shop last Saturday. After looking around for a while, I saw that they had some new clear pieces of amber in shop. (Clear pieces of amber is amber with mo inclusions in them. Insects Plants ECT.)   They were on sale for £14.00. Which is quite expencive for clear amber. However after looking though 5 pieces that had the odd insect in, the next piece just stoped me dead in my tracks. I just could not believe at first, what I was seeing   It wasnt the beautiful fossilized fly that stoped me. Nore was it the large flys leg that ran the lenth of the piece of amber. What stoped we was the wonderful fossilized centipede.   Centipedes fossilized in amber is extreamely rare, I had never seen one in all the 6 or 7 years of collecting. So trying to disguise my shaking hand, I handed over the £14.00 for it..   I left the shop a very, very happy man. Giggle.   I cant believe how many interests we have in common. Dogs, cats, budgies, tortoises, terripans, gold fish  stick insects, hamsters, ginipigs, rabbits & lizards. As it is now, I only have a cat & a goldfish.   I must say that I'm suprised that the film Somewhere in Time didnt go on to make a gigger film than it did. Yeah used to do my boogieing at the samson and hercules. Dancing over plague pits lol and now people are gonna live over them as its being turned into flats lol. The drama group i belong to are basically my mates but we arnt doing anything at the mo, the maddermarket are always looking for people, but i think the best place is sewell barn theatre, they are a more relaxed bunch and put on some good productions.
