State-of-the-art centre for King's Lynn

A new, state-of-the-art, user-friendly recycling centre is opening in King's Lynn this summer.
The new site on Willows Industrial Estate, Saddlebow Road, will replace the town's existing recycling centre on Horsleys Fields.

Site users will benefit from one-way traffic circulation, low-level containers for easy unloading,
canopies to shelter from the worst of the weather, separation of the public and operational areas of the site and new recycling facilities for green waste, glass, tins, textiles, paper, cardboard, cooking oil,
paint, fluorescent tubes, electrical goods, liquid food cartons (eg Tetrapaks), batteries and motor oil.

The project represents a joint investment of £1.3 million by Norfolk County Council and the Nar Ouse
Regeneration Area.
