Travel in style, or bring a smile to your wedding: the
transport possibilities are endless!
We’re spoilt for choice in Norfolk for not only do
we have superb companies offering fabulous vintage vehicles
and sports cars, we have more unusual hire options, too,
from helicopters to tractors and genuine fire engines.
Perhaps you fancy arriving at the church on time in a
head-turning, American Excalibur Sedan with your chauffeur
dressed as a 1930s gangster, or in classic American-style
in a Lincoln Town Car?
Or take the classic route with absolutely beautiful vintage
cars and immaculate chauffeurs and, if you’re a fairytale
princess-type of girl, then surely your choice has to be
a horse and carriage?

weddings, and will advise brides on everything from whether
their dress will fit in that mode of transport, to how long
they need to allow for the journey.
After all, being deliberately late is one thing, arriving
hot and bothered because of Saturday traffic jams or the
horses taking ages is another thing altogether.
Decide what you would like and there is likely to be a
company to help you. But do be prepared to be flexible.
It’s not worth getting upset if you’ve set your
heart on a white Rolls and you can only have a green one
or a white Jaguar. On the day, what matters most is that
you get there!
Remember the groom. Why not book his dream car for a surprise
treat on the day? Think of who is travelling with whom,
both to the ceremony and to the reception, and how you will
travel to your first night venue.
Guests staying at local hotels may appreciate a coach,
and you can organise this when you book your wedding transport.
Ideally, book at least six months ahead and confirm a month
before. As with every arrangement, send details in writing
and ask for written confirmation.
