Shoes
You
either love shopping for shoes or you detest it and shopping
for wedding shoes isn’t any different!
Your style of dress will largely dictate your shoe style,
and naturally open-toe sandals for a wedding in Norfolk
in December are not
wise!
If you are close in height to your fiancé, perhaps
you prefer wearing flatter styles, but don’t switch
to heels suddenly for your big day if
you are not used to them, as not only could you be wobbling
down the aisle but they’ll make your legs ache too!
Break in your shoes by wearing them for an hour for several
days before the event, and remember it’s handy to
have a spare pair just in case. That way, if you need a
different pair for dancing or the heel or strap breaks on
the day, you’ll be ready!

Tiaras
Fairytale classic or a modern look - there are plenty of
tiara styles to choose from. You can also choose from a
range of fascinators - a mixture of material, feathers,
beads and the like.
Jewellery
Jewellery to wear with the wedding dress can be tricky
to choose, as you want something special but not anything
that dominates your dress, unless, that is, the idea is
to have a simple outfit and bold accessories.
Choose the outfit first and then the accessories as it
can be tricky to find a dress to complement an antique necklace
and pair of earrings, while there may be a pair of family
heirloom earrings,
which will go perfectly with that soft gold frock.
The idea usually is to keep it simple, and remember that
jangly earrings soon will look out of date in the photographs
as well as jingling through the ceremony.
Rings
Choose
rings with care, trying plenty before deciding. If choosing
an engagement ring, decide now if you are likely to have
a wedding ring to match as these often come in pairs which
sit well together.
The rings are the jewellery you will look at most, so
they have to be just right.
